What are the current Store Hours?
Tuesday thru Thursday from 3pm to 8pm, Friday from 3pm to 9pm, Saturday from Noon to 9pm, Sunday from Noon to 6pm, and closed Monday.
What forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and many more. All icons are listed at the bottom of the page.

Looking for something specific you don’t see online or need help picking the right bottles? We love to help! Contact the shop during store hours and we will assist in making sure you find the perfect bottle.
What are my options for shopping from Wine on High?
- Stop in and see us! Please allow for social distancing & follow all safety guidelines.
- Call to order (614.294.8466) we can arrange for pick-up in-store or contactless curbside pick-up during store hours.
- Order online for in-store pick up or contactless curbside delivery during store hours
- Order online for free local delivery within the Columbus area for orders of $40 or more (deliveries are available Tuesday through Sunday from 4pm to 6pm)
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We are now offering in-store pick up and curbside contactless pick-up too. Please allow 1 hour after your order is placed for order prep. You will be notified via e-mail. For curbside contactless pick-up, please call the shop when you arrive and we will place the order in your trunk, 614.294.8466.
What is the order minimum for local delivery?
Free local delivery is available to orders of $40 or more (not including tax, tips, or fees).
When will my wine be delivered?
Orders placed Monday through Saturday will deliver the next day. Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. We will deliver between 4pm and 6pm. If you have specific instructions for delivery, please add them on the cart page while selecting a delivery date. *Please note: In order to receive your delivery, we will check for ID, please ensure someone is at home that can show valid ID.* For wine emergencies please feel free to contact us at the shop, 614.294.8466.
How will I be notified of delivery?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order after it is placed. On your delivery day, between 4pm and 6pm, we will text or email you 30 minutes prior to delivery. To limit contact, we will not knock or ring the doorbell. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been delivered. *Please note: A valid 21 and over ID will need to be presented at delivery. If you need delivery outside of 4pm to 6pm, please contact email@example.com with your order number and name so arrangements can be made.

We do not offer shipping but if you are outside these delivery zip codes please give us a call.
