We love to help! Contact the shop during store hours and our staff will assist in making sure you find exactly what you are looking for.

Tuesday thru Thursday from 3pm to 9pm, Friday from 3pm to 10pm,  Saturday from Noon to 10pm, Sunday from Noon to 6pm, and closed Monday.

Stop in and see us! Please allow for social distancing & follow any current safety guidelines. Call to order (614.294.8466) we can arrange for pick-up in-store or contactless curbside pick-up during store hours. Order online for in-store pick up or contactless curbside delivery during store hours. Online orders of $40 or more can use free local delivery. Qualifying area codes and delivery times are listed below.

Yes! We are now offering in-store pick up and curbside contactless pick-up too. Please allow 1 hour after your order is placed for order prep. You will be notified via e-mail. For curbside contactless pick-up, please call the shop when you arrive and we will place the order in your trunk, 614.294.8466.

Local Delivery

For orders of $50 to $149.99, local delivery is $10. For orders of $150 or more, local delivery is free. (Please Note: local delivery is not available for orders under $50 and the delivery address must be in a qualifying postal code. See below for more information.)

Local delivery is available to orders of $50 or more (not including tax, tips, or fees).

Orders placed Monday through Saturday can be delivered the next day. Orders placed on Sunday can be delivered as soon as the following Tuesday. We will deliver between 4pm and 6pm. If you have specific instructions for delivery, please add them on the cart page while selecting a delivery date. *Please note: In order to receive your delivery, we will check for ID to verify age. Please ensure you are home to show valid state issued ID.* For wine emergencies please feel free to contact us at the shop, 614.294.8466.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order after it is placed. On your delivery day, between 4pm and 6pm, we will text or email you 30 minutes prior to delivery. *Please note: A valid 21 and over state ID will need to be presented at delivery. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been delivered. If you need delivery outside of 4pm to 6pm, please contact info@wineonhigh.com with your order number and name so arrangements can be made.

We do not offer shipping but if you are outside these delivery zip codes please give us a call.

Wine Club Gift Memberships

Monthly Wine Club Gift Memberships can begin on a designated month or when the receiver picks up their first monthly wine from the store. See next question for additional info.

You have three options:

Option 1 - In-Store
If you are nearby come to Wine on High and pick-up the Wine Club Gift Membership Welcome Pack. This includes a gift member card, logo wine glass, and wine bottle tote. You will need to provide a valid ID and either the shopify receipt or the name & email used when purchasing the gift online. Upon providing this information you can choose a month for the gift membership to begin or allow the membership to start upon the receiver's first visit to Wine on High.

Option 2 - Local Delivery
If your or the receiver live in a qualifying postal code, free local delivery of the Wine Club Gift Membership Welcome Pack is available. This includes a gift member card, logo wine glass, and wine bottle tote. Membership will start upon the receiver's first visit to Wine on High for wine pick-up.

Option 3 - Remotely
If you are not able to visit Wine on High the receiver can start their new gift membership at any time by visiting Wine on High. You will need to provide the receiver with either the shopify receipt or the name & e-mail you used to complete the online purchase. The receiver will be asked for this information along with a valid state ID. Since we want you to have something official to give, you can use the links below to open a welcome certificate that you can print or send to the recipient. Their Wine Club Gift Membership Welcome Pack will be waiting at the shop.

Gift memberships are non-refundable and will last for the duration purchased. Once a gift membership is started by visiting Wine on High, it may not be transferred to another receiver.
