Monthly Wine Club FAQs
I joined the Monthly Wine Club online. What's next?
Welcome! Your Monthly Wine Club Membership has started. Making everything official is easy. Simply come into the shop, pick up your Wine Club Welcome Pack, and select your wine(s) for the month. You will be asked to provide a valid state ID. If the name used to purchase the membership online does match your ID you will also be asked to provide the Paypal subscription receipt. Don't worry if you are unable to make it into the shop before a new month begins. Your wine(s) will be held.
How many wines are available as options for each month?
Our sommelier selects 4 delicious wines each month for you to choose from.
How long am I committed to stay in the club?
For monthly memberships you can cancel at anytime. For gift memberships you will be in the club for the duration purchased. Your gift membership begins when you pick up your first monthly bottle(s). Gift memberships are non-refundable.
What happens if I am unable to pick up my wine of the month?
We will hold it for you to pick up when you're here next!
Can I ship my wine?
No, wines are available for pick up only.
What day of the month can I pick up my wine?
Wines are available for pick up after the 1st of every month.
How do I find the Paypal subscription info?
After successfully purchasing the gift membership you will receive an e-mail receipt from Paypal. Your payment date and automatic payment profile info will be listed. If a Paypal account was created/used at checkout, the Transaction ID can also be found by logging into the Paypal account, visiting the "Activity" page, and clicking the gift membership line item to view all transaction details. The Transaction ID will be located at the top middle of the page. To change or cancel your membership, log in to your PayPal account, go to Profile, and click My money. Update your agreement in the "My pre-approved payments" section.
When does a gift membership begin?
Monthly Wine Club Gift Memberships can begin on a designated month or when the receiver picks up their first monthly wine from the store. See next question for additional info.
How do I give the Gift Membership after purchasing?
You have three options:
Option 1 - In-Store
If you are nearby come to Wine on High and pick-up the Wine Club Gift Membership Welcome Pack. This includes a gift member card, logo wine glass, and wine bottle tote. You will need to provide a valid ID and either the shopify receipt or the name & email used when purchasing the gift online. Upon providing this information you can choose a month for the gift membership to begin or allow the membership to start upon the receiver's first visit to Wine on High.
Option 2 - Local Delivery
If your or the receiver live in a qualifying postal code, free local delivery of the Wine Club Gift Membership Welcome Pack is available. This includes a gift member card, logo wine glass, and wine bottle tote. Membership will start upon the receiver's first visit to Wine on High for wine pick-up.
Option 3 - Remotely
If you are not able to visit Wine on High the receiver can start their new gift membership at any time by visiting Wine on High. You will need to provide the receiver with either the shopify receipt or the name & e-mail you used to complete the online purchase. The receiver will be asked for this information along with a valid state ID. Since we want you to have something official to give, you can use the links below to open a welcome certificate that you can print or send to the recipient. Their Wine Club Gift Membership Welcome Pack will be waiting at the shop.

Can the gift membership be returned or transfered?
Gift memberships are non-refundable and will last for the duration purchased. Once a gift membership is started by visiting Wine on High, it may not be transferred to another receiver.
When will I be billed each month?
For memberships purchased online the sign up date is your future bill date. Ex. 11/15 signed up, you will be billed the 15th of each month.
If I cancel, what date do I have to cancel by to not be billed for the next month?
You need to cancel by the last day of the current month to not be billed for the next month. If you purchased your membership online you can cancel by logging in to your PayPal account, going to Profile, and clicking My money. Update your agreement in the "My pre-approved payments" section.
If I can't attend the Tasting Thursday can I hold my membership for the month?
No, if you cannot attend the tasting event you will still be billed and we will hold the wines of the month for you to pick up.
